Arun brings a strong financial analysis background to Trophy Commercial, having worked with major international financial institutions managing large-scale investment portfolios before transitioning into commercial real estate. This experience gives him a sharp, numbers first approach to every deal — from underwriting and valuation to analyzing income and expense statements and identifying the financial levers that drive a transaction.

Arun holds a degree in Accounting from Drexel University, where he developed the technical foundation that now informs his approach to property valuation, deal structuring, and client advisory. A native of the Philadelphia suburbs, Arun understands the region’s neighborhoods and submarkets on a personal level, giving him added insight into where his clients’ investments will perform best.
