Saam Tashayyod, Managing Director of Trophy Commercial Real Estate, specializes in multifamily and mixed-use investment sales in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area, with a focus on Philadelphia County. Over the past seven years, Saam has sold more than 750 apartment units, achieving a transaction volume exceeding $87 million. This extensive experience has equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate complex transactions and maximize returns for his clients.
Among his notable achievements, Saam has completed 10 transactions where the sales price exceeded the listing price and maintained an average sales price of 96% of the listing price across all his transactions. Additionally, he has successfully completed several 1031 exchanges for clients, managing the process from the initial property sale to the financing and acquisition of the replacement property within the required time constraints.
Before founding Trophy Commercial Real Estate, Saam began his investment sales career at Marcus & Millichap, where he earned the “Rookie of the Year" award. He then became a founding agent at SCOPE Commercial Real Estate Services. Prior to starting in brokerage in 2017, Saam managed financial operations for Marriott International, working at several full-service hotels and leading various companywide initiatives at the corporate level. Leading up to this role, Saam spent his summers and weekends renovating, renting, and delivering apartments for his family’s multifamily business in Washington, DC.
Saam holds degrees in finance and economics from Drexel University, where he studied business. He resides in Fishtown, and in his free time, enjoys playing golf or visiting the Sporting Club at the Bellevue.

His notable transactions include Viking Mill, a 178-unit mixed-use development in the East Kensington neighborhood, where he led the transaction and sourced a private equity syndication to transform the 72K square foot warehouse into apartment units. Additionally, Craig was instrumental in the sale of Liberties Gateway, a mixed-use asset in the Northern Liberties neighborhood, again sourcing the seller and assisting in sourcing the buyer. The property features residential apartments and commercial space and is a cornerstone piece of a thriving Northern Liberties Market.

Craig obtained an Economics and Political Science degree from Temple University. Craig is a native of the Philadelphia MSA, spending his early years in Montgomery County before moving to the city for college. Craig is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who loves to travel and check out the newest restaurants the city has to offer.

Leonardo Presta is a Senior Associate at Trophy Commercial Real Estate, supporting the firm’s investment sales platform across the Philadelphia metropolitan area with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use assets. He works closely with Trophy’s senior leadership on underwriting, financial analysis, and transaction execution, contributing across the full lifecycle of a deal from initial valuation through closing.
Leonardo brings a hands-on background in property operations that strengthens his investment perspective. His experience spans property management, construction oversight, and building renovations for multifamily and mixed-use properties. He has prepared property-level financial reporting, monitored operating performance, and evaluated assets through both an ownership and operational lens. This practical exposure allows Leonardo to identify value-creation opportunities that extend beyond the spreadsheet and into real-world execution.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from Temple University. A Philadelphia native, Leonardo is active throughout the Fairmount and Brewerytown neighborhoods. Outside the office, he follows international soccer and maintains an active lifestyle through rock climbing because balance sheets aren’t the only thing worth scaling.
